I’m pretty picky when it comes to a basic ranch salad and this one from Longhorn Steak House fits the bill every time!

The lettuce use and the veggies paired with their magical ranch dressing make all the difference and I’m salivating just thinking about it!

I love that I can whip this up at home anytime I want!

      It’ doesn’t taste bad but I’m not sure it’s totally “Longhorn-ish.” I feel like the sour cream gives it a bit of a yogurty flavor and Longhorn’s ranch is definitely more mayonnaise-y in salty and souriness. I’ve seen a similar recipe that calls for mayo as opposed to sour cream. Gonna try that next time. But this in general tastes decent.
