Is my money safe with Park?
Yes. We hold all our customers' funds in an independent trust, designed to safeguard prepayments made by you and our Park Agents. Holding funds in Trust means your money is protected - should anything happen to the business you will receive every penny back. Who are Park Christmas Savings?
We have been helping families deliver Christmas for more than 50 years - going back to 1967. Park Christmas Savings is the UK's most trusted Christmas savings club, help around 400,000 families make their Christmas more affordable by spreading the cost throughout the year. We've got a huge range of big brand gift cards and vouchers available, so you can get everything you need for Christmas from Park by putting a little aside every week or month. When you first start saving with Park, we suggest starting small. Decide what part of Christmas you want to pay for. It could be the food, meaning by the time it's December, the big shop is all sorted. With so many loyal customers returning every year, we're proud to see how much Park has grown and we're delighted to help so many people plan their dream Christmas each year.
Why Park and not a bank?
It can be tempting throughout the year to dip into your Christmas money if you put it aside in the bank. This is why when it comes to your payments, we suggest starting off with a small, manageable amount. By being realistic about your budget, it means you can be more flexible down the line. If your circ*mstances change, regardless of the situation, you can change how much money you put away. The great thing about planning with Park is that all the money you pay in is ring-fenced and held securely by us in a trust. This gives you peace of mind that it's kept safe right up until you need it. That way you can be confident that no matter what happens, come Christmas time you'll receive all your gift cards and vouchers to go shopping with.
When will my orders be delivered?
As long as your account is fully paid, items will be delivered in good time for Christmas. However, some vouchers and gift cards can be released early, if requested, provided your Account is paid in full. Unfortunately, we can't give specific dates or times for delivery of vouchers/gift cards in advance.

Can I cancel or change my order?
To ensure you're guaranteed flexibility, you can amend or delete your order online throughout the year. Voucher/card orders can be amended until 8th November however if you have paid your account in full your order can not be amended. If you wish to cancel the entire order you may be charged 10% of the order value, with a minimum £25 charge. (a charge is only applicable after 1st September)
How do I make a payment?
There are a number of ways to pay into your Park Christmas Savings account. The easiest way is by setting up a Direct Debit. You can do this online by logging in to your My Account page. Simply go to the Payments tab to set up your Direct Debit. It's best if you make your first payment with your initial order. You can do this in your online account or by calling our Auto Payment and Account Services Line on 0345 603 0502. For other ways to pay into your account visit our Ways to Pay page.
When is my final payment due?
Your last payment should reach us ideally by 1st November. If you don't normally pay by Direct Debit we recommend that you make your last payment by card within your online account on the Payments page or by calling our Auto Payment and Account Services line on 0345 603 0502 (you'll need your 8-digit account number and 4 digit Pin to hand for this service).
